1. Carbon cloth: The quantity of original material relates to the function of the end product directly. So most of our carbon cloth imports from Korea. Part of 40T and more than 46T high module carbon cloth is all from Japan. Then our blank has the perfect quality.
2. Mandrel: For attaining the high quality, we are very rigorous on the mandrel. Any 0.002mm upwards tolerance is not allowed.
3. Straight test: Each material must through strict straight test so that it can provide the best using.
4. Action: After every new blank coming out, it must be test in the testing board to verify the action is right or not. This is why we can satisfy the most captious customers.
5. Breakage test: We test the biggest pull that the blank can bear with the precise instrument which was made by ourselves. So we can insure that the blank is in a whole skin when it is uttermost used.
6. Durability test: For the sake of farsighted benefits of the customer, we designed an exclusive instrument to test our blank. Through more than 2000 times test, we insure that the blank can be used for a long time.

7. Strength test: All materials we made must pass the strength test, and then turn into next working procedure.
8. Epoxy resin: In order to save time, many factory use epoxy resin as the first step, then, they coat UV as the second. But the UV is very easy to break out when the guide is suffered strong power .In our factory, we all coat epoxy resin to insure the guide is firm enough.

9. Packing: We put 5 or 10 pieces fishing rods in one small carton, and then put two small carton in a big one. So that we can protect the fishing rods are in good condition when we transport the goods.
